Shipping(配達方法):

• We calculate shipping charges based on the size and weight of the items you're ordering.
• When shipping to multiple addresses, shipping charges apply to each shipment
• Please allow 2 to 10 business days for delivery.
• Items in stock usually ship within 1-3 business days.
• If you would like to check on the status of your order or track your packages, please go to "My Account".
• If the item you have received is damaged or missing, please contact us by e-mail or fax as soon as possible so that we may remedy the situation.
• We will make every effort to respond within two business days.
• オーダーした商品のサイズと重量は受注システムで自動計算ができます。更に運賃も自動的に計算されます。
• 違う届け先がある場合には、別の運賃を計算して集金させていただきます。
• 運送時間はおよそ２～１０日間（作業日）です。
• 在庫があれば、生産時間の必要がない場合は運送時間を入れて、１～３日間（休日含まない）に届けます。
• 届いた商品の数量や不良などがあれば、成るべく早くEmailやFAXで連絡してください。

Customes and Import Duties(関税や輸入税):

• If you're ordering from outside Taiwan, import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in the total amount charged by AGE-TECH.
• Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
• 国よって異なることですが、関税や輸入税が発生することや免税になるかもしれません。ネットで見られる値段や見積もりの金額とも税金を含まれてないこと。
• 商品や国の違いによって、税関や輸入税も違うと考えられますので、商品の税務問題についてもっと知りたかったら、直接現地の税関にお尋ね下さい。
